Genocide and Crime Against Humanity in Bangladesh

Part 1

By  Abinash Baghchi

Peace  and harmony in the whole world are being kept hostage due to two relatively insignificant problems (popular comparison melon with peanut) in the present time, in terms of number of peoples involved and murdered. However, in the backdoor of these two minor problems, huge humanitarian catastrophes are being silently watched all over the world. Some of these issues are taken up in terms of past, present and future implications to  the whole humanity, in this essay. This piece is mainly concentrated on Indian-subcontinent in general, and Bangladesh in particular, because of the serious conspiracy on the non-Muslim community in that country (see recent postings http://www.bangladesh-web.com/news). International perspective is also  touched whenever deemed necessary. The essay is divided into several sub-sections although related to each other for the convenience of the readers to pick up the topic of their liking since the piece a bit long. The author has no intention to hurt the feelings of any individual, ethnic or religious groups but issues are discussed as it is seen by an individual. Similarly, advance apology from the author to the English speaking peoples because of the poor linguistic quality.

1. Numbers game in Bangladesh

The readers are referred to the following two websites  which are relevant, the first site is maintained by the  USA

(http://www.odci.gov/cia/publications/factbook) where the exact population in July 2002 in Bangladesh was  shown to be 133,376,684 and religious distributions were: Muslim 83 %, Hindu 16 %, Other 1% (1998%). Quite a large number of Hindu populations, aren't they ? I am not sure if any country or even UN has such comprehensive data about this world, and I never had any doubt or question about their authenticity. The other site:

(http://www.hindunet.org/hindu_history/modern/hindu_bangla.html), provides  statistics on the number of Hindus massacred in the then East Pakistan in 1971, to be exact 2.47 millions. This figure is calculated based on many international investigations, is close to three million as claimed by  many peoples including the post independent Government in Bangladesh. Why then this game to downplay the numbers of Hindus in Bangladesh (both inhabitants and those killed in 1971)? The answer is rather simple and may become more clear in the following discussion.

The Nazi's (read similarity between Nazism and Islamic philosophy) are trying to downplay WWII holocaust during the last 60 years, with little success. Why any Government (past and present) in Bangladesh is reluctant to list the massacred peoples in Bangladesh including those who were killed in direct confrontation with Pakistanis (muktibahinis=freedom fighters)? Since 1972, all Governments in Bangladesh are making and remaking a real list (?) of the muktibahinis, God knows that they will never do it. Although it would not be very difficult because there are people who were fighting directly still alive (Banga Bir Mr. Bagha Kader Siddiqi MP can give an account how many of his comrades lost lives in fighting), or in the archives with Indian military. All civilians who were killed/murdered can be traced in every village or in towns, witnesses are still alive in Bangladesh, India and in Pakistan. Numbers game is a common strategy among the Muslims; either to downplay or the reverse as deemed necessary.

2. So shameeful

The problem of the majority of Muslims in Bangladesh is that, it is so shameful and unbearable that the majority of the lost lives were Hindus, and the fruits are mainly being enjoyed by a small group of Muslims, carefully using Islam for this purpose. What a shame to let other peoples know, particularly the Ummah (because most of them mainly associate with the Ummah, the rest of the Muslims in this world). Thousands of Indian soldiers  sacrificed also their lives to liberate a nation from the devils, and how can the Ummah accept this that the country was liberated by the pool of blood of so many  infidels ? Such denials of the pool of bloods of so many souls for the liberation of a country is unparallel in the history of mankind, probably it is mandatory to do so in the name of Islam.

3. Be careful folks in the West

Some weeks ago the military operation in the name of controlling terrorists started in Bangladesh. As the result many of the known terrorists have landed in the West. This happens now and then irrespective of the group in power in Bangladesh. Hundreds of thousands of Bangladeshi Muslims have migrated by using various ways to the West since the liberation of that country (the blood of about 3 million innocent people made this possible). Thousands of them can be categorized not only as terrorists but also as severe violator of Human Rights, back at their home according to the Western standard. Thousands of the Pakistanis who perpetrated genocide in East Pakistan are also said to be living in the West. These are sleeping terrorist cells and are ready to bite as soon as the time is ripe, as was done recently in the USA by the 19 Arabs.

These peoples can be easily traced from their past activities in their homeland (this was done in recent time in the case of former Yugoslovia and Rwanda in the Western countries), as well as from their activities in the present lands of shelter. Some of the murderers of Sk Mujib (discussed later) are still roaming in the West. To remind you that the West has selective definition of terrorism and murderer so as the muslims (none of them accept terrorism as Universal evil in reality). You may easily find some recent examples. Generally in connivance with those in power these terrorists slip into other countries, strange however, that they can provide in details whereabout the criminals and then claim that it was the fault of the host country.

4. Connection of ethnical cleansing in Bangladesh and in Kashmir

In the beginning of the last century (1904) Nawab Salimullah, a settler from Kashmir in Dacca, the then eastern part of Bengal, declared that Eastern part of Bengal (the then East Pakistan and present Bangladesh) including Assam have to be separated from the rest of Bengal and India because the majority of the people were Muslims. Salimullah did not speak Bengali, neither those who were surrounding him did. Still today the remnants speak a strange language at home and in the streets of Dhaka, unfamiliar to most of the Bengalis.

Some Bangali readers may remember discussions on controversy over Tagores anti Bengaldesh stance (although the concept of Bangladesh was not there) now and then in websites related to Bangladesh. These peoples simply consider the breaking of Bengal into religious lines the starting point of the concept, ”Two Nation Theory”, that means, a Muslim can not live in the same country where infidel human beings live (most of the Muslim countries are ethnically cleansed or almost cleansed because of this principle). Surprisingly, most of these writings are coming from the Bengali Muslims living in the infidel countries.

I will try to elaborate a bit on the Kashmir connection of the genocide of Hindus in the East Pakistan later. The process is still going on in Bangladesh albeit with less intensity. Sometimes different approaches are taken based on the teachings of the Holy Book to adjust of the prevailing situation around the world. Recent comments by Taslima Nasrin is worthy to mention (http://atimes.com/ind-pak/DF06Df01.html). In that comment on Gujrat violence she called Gujrat violence as communal riots and the one happening in Bangladesh as genocide.

5. Mindset of Bangladeshi muslims

To mention here, the comment  in reply to a question in new York by  Mrs. Hasina (immediate past Prime minister and present opposition and leader and leader of the largest political party in Bangladesh), who advised the hindus to be loyal citizens of Bangladesh and not to keep feet on two boats (http://www.mayerdak.com/dec1999c1.htm).

Similar advice was used to given by the late president Mr. Ziaur Rahman during his meeting with minority people (as his close associates do witness). He even went to the extent that the Hindus should forget India instead they should build Gaya, Kashi etc. (Hindu religious places) in Bangladesh. On the contrary, hundreds of Muslims travel to India by special train from Bangladesh to attend urs at different majars (shrines),  not to mention about Mecca to perform haj with Government subsidy, although it is forbidden in Koran (to take help from others to perform haj), what a contradiction!  Since Calcutta was the capital of Bengal and even for whole India for sometimes during the British rule, and industrially and educationally, developed in the then India, thousands of peoples not only from Bengal but also from other parts of India were divided already before the partition. The way you can also find today in Dhaka or in any capital or big city around the world.

The number of divided families increased to millions after the partition, mostly Hindu families, but thousands of Muslim families are also still divided. The advices of Mrs. Hasina or the late Ziaur Rahman were not surprising because Muslims think that only they have the rights in both ways.

Hundreds of thousands of Bengali Muslims are living nowadays abroad and they can have dual citizenships, no body will ask you questions. But if you are a Hindu then you are accused of having lost all your loyalty as soon as you cross the border to India, either for religious obligations (all of Hindu religious places are located in different parts of India) or to meet your relatives. That is a general rule practised by most of the Bengali Muslims irrespective of political affiliation (see some recent postings in Bangladesh related websites even from those living in the West).

Please see the Kashmir connection and similarity (more follows) in ethnic cleansing. Most of the non-Muslims in the Pakistan occupied Kashmir were murdered during occupation by Pakistan 1948, a few could escape to India. In the Indian part of Kashmir, all non-Muslims in the valley have been driven out of their homes, and thousands were killed by the Muslim terrorists including destruction of their homes and religious places (this happened quite recently even under Indian rule and it is still going on). At the same time hundreds of thousands of Kashmiri Muslims have settled in other parts of the world and in other states of India (some of these Kashmiris presumably are considered as guilty for their crime back home against non-Muslims). This principle of ownership of both ways is common to all Muslims including Bangladeshis, Pakistanis, Kashmiris, and Arabs.

6. Butchers are still around

The present Pakistani military president, visited Bangladesh sometimes ago, after the present regime in Bangladesh came to power. Few months prior to his visit, one of the devils of the modern time (in disguise of human being) known as the butcher of Dacca, General Tikka Khan (worthy to research relationship between Chengiz Khan, the great butcher) was buried with state honour in that country. Many of his Bengali Muslim brothers were begging him just to regret and then forget the genocide in Bangladesh.

But the problem is, massacre of infidels is considered as part of holy jihad and a true Muslim cannot accept otherwise. Turkey is guilty of the massacre of the Armenians a century ago and is still reluctant to accept that, based on the same principle, I suppose. (http://www.davidicke.net/tellthetruth/history/genocine.html) .

7. Moral and intellectual crisis of the Muslims

Few weeks ago Mrs. Hasina came back from her visit to USA and Europe. A barrage of questions of the identity of her daughter in law were asked by the journalists if she was Indian or not, during a news conference in Dhaka (can be read in BD related websites). The reply of Mrs. Hasina was a burning example how seriously Bangladesh as a nation in particular, and the Muslims in general, are suffering from severe moral and intellectual crisis.

To note that, India houses more muslins than live in Bangladesh, even thousands of Bangladeshi Muslims are divided between India and Bangladesh. Some of the Indian Muslims are among the richest and great personalities of the present world. India provided shelter including to Mrs. Hasina and her children; in addition of many political leaders and freedom fighters from Bangladesh, not to mention more than 12 million refugees during liberation war in 1971. Mrs. Hasina simply did not had the moral strength to reply the questions by asking what would be wrong if her son was married to an Indian Muslim girl, probably because the Ummah would be very displeased.

Some months after the Gujrat crisis in India, a large number of Bangladeshi professors in the West (I assume they are educated in the West, and I have no doubt that these personalities have reached the highest academic position by virtue of their outstanding contribution in their respective area of speciality), but just read their reaction. “We also strongly advocate that the acts in Gujarat must not be seen by the Muslim community as an open invitation to commit similar criminal and inhuman acts against "any" minority population that might exist in their Muslim majority states”, (http://www.bangladesh-web.com/news/may/13/g13052002.htm#A9 ). If you read the whole statement you never see any utterance what caused that tragedy in Gujrat. Moreover, if you read carefully there is a veil threat to the Bangladeshi minorities living thousands of miles away from Gujrat.

Muslims never criticise Muslims, no matter what crime they may commit. Examples of such happenings are plenty. A strange brotherhood indeed! One of the most recent terrifying examples was the gassing of thousands of Kurds (100 % Sunni Muslims) in the town Halabja by the Iraki regime. The Iraki regime can only be compared with the regimes in Pakistan in terms of number of killings, destruction of properties and displacement of millions of human beings from their home (within the respective countries and to their surrounding neighbours). Example are former East Pakistan, Afghanistan and Kashmir in case of Pakistan, war with Iran and Kuwait in case of Iraq, somebody may help with real statistics.

No Islamic countries or organisations or intellectuals or the anarchists in other countries raised their voice against the crimes to the humanity perpetrated by these regimes. Even the UN was looking silently when the former President of Afghanistan was snatched away from the UN custody in Kabul and was brutally murdered by the Pakistanis in the disguise of Taliban.

Here is another terrifying example; in April 2002, eight months after the attacks of Sept. 11, a Saudi cleric named Sheik Saad al-Buraik, preaching in a mosque in the Saudi capital of Riyadh, called for the enslavement of Jewish women by Muslim men. "Do not have mercy or compassion toward the Jews". "Their women are yours to take, legitimately. God made them yours." This high-ranking Saudi priest was a member of the official Saudi delegation that accompanied Crown Prince Abdullah during his visit to President Bush in his ranch in Texas, at the end of April 2002. This was mentioned by Mr. Richard Bernstein while commenting on the book ”The House of Saud From Tradition to Terror” (nytimes.com/2002/11/08/books/).

The same principle is adopted in Bangladesh when they terrorise and violate Hindu women folk. You never have heard if any perpetrators of such crimes against Hindu women that has ever been punished in Bangladesh.

Another very recent even more terrifying example, the honour they paid to the killer of CIA agents in USA (who could be compared with any mass murderer) shown in Quetta (Pakistan) where thousands of people received the dead body of the murderer, Pakistan’s newly elected national assembly started the function after paying homage to this departed soul, thousands of peoples were gathered to attended the ceremony including Government Officials and leaders of all political parties. Unbelievable, isn’t it? Can a state decorate a terrorist who was convicted for murdering cold bloodedly several civilians as a martyr? Yes, such bizarre things can happen only in countries that are governed according to Islamic rule.

It seems, almost all political leaders/rulers in all Muslim majority countries and a large number the Muslim intellectual communities including their priests, are simply passing through very serious moral and intellectual crisis. If this is a sign of total chaos and anarchy in the Muslim countries is to be seen in the future.

8. How they do it in Bangladesh

It would be unbelievable to any Westerner who has not been studying closely the Muslims. I mean literally closely (being surrounded by them and understanding their language, culture and religious rituals). I will briefly mention a small fraction, how ethnic cleansing is conducted in Bangladesh, based on the principles written in Koran and Hadis. After 1971, the policy of implementation was changed from open genocide to subtle/low intensity genocide/ethnic cleansing. First priority was to create a security apparatus devoid of minorities, which had additional objective to capture the Eastern part of India including West Bengal (with helping hands from those countries are mentioned before).

Many people would jump to cite example of the Rakhhi Bahini (a special security apparatus was built after creation of Bangladesh), but in reality very few Hindus were inducted, somebody may help with the statistics (real statistics, because lying about non-Muslims is one of the main pillars of the belief). I have heard myself conversation by the Rakhhi Bahini leaders mentioning Hindus as “malauns”, a popular abusing word meant Hindus in Bangladesh, which is used almost by all Muslims, irrespective of education or political affiliation.

If any Hindu attends any interview to be recruited in the security apparatus, first question they will ask the Hindu aspirant is: if he would eat beef, just to scare them away (Hindus do not eat beef as the Muslims or Jews do not eat pork for different reasons). The administrative and judiciary apparatus is almost devoid of Hindus (see above for % of Hindu population in BD).

You will be amazed if you get the chance to talk to any BD military openly. They will give  you rather good estimate when (in terms of year and months) they are going to hoist the BD flag in the Fort Williams in Calcutta, more or less  the same way a Pakistani military will give you an estimate even more accurately (in terms of week and day), when they are going to hoist their flag on the top of Lal Kella in Delhi. As unbelievable as it may sound, I have heard it by my own ears the slogans were shouted in the streets of Dhaka by the militaries during the day of the so called revolution day in BD.

There is nothing wrong to educate ones security apparatus by showing a visible enemy, however, the problem is that they consider the entire Hindu population in BD as Indian agents (see some recent postings in NFB), which they consider as their natural enemy because the majority of the population in India is Hindu.

Very often inhuman methods are applied to conduct systematic ethnic cleansing; different approaches are taken for this purpose. Occupation of their properties in the pretext of various laws to force the Hindus to sell their properties at a very cheap price which in turn also forces them to flee the land. Hindu business communities and other professionals are the groups subjected to continuous pressure mainly by the whole Government machinery  (you may find some extraordinary exceptions).

Quite often Hindu young girls, even minors are kidnapped and forcefully converted and married to Muslims in connivance with security, administrative and judicial machineries. To violet and dishonour Hindu women is also a part of the strategy, as instructed in the Quran (considered as an additional key to the heaven although that is already exclusively granted to the Muslims). Continuous pressure to the Hindu community by dishonouring their women folk  is part of the whole strategy (http://www.janakantha.com  October 12, 2002).

One never hears any justice is brought upon those who rape the Hindu women in Bangladesh (many such crimes go unreported because of social implications and instead they prefer to migrate to India). Since the security and administrative apparatus are almost completely devoid of Hindus, these peoples enjoy all opportunity to terrorise the Hindu civilians, by abusing, harassing, raiding their homes, severe torture without any reason, sometimes even selective murder. These are done to generate terror in the hearts of Hindus, to force them to leave their homes, more or less the way the prophet used to do to the infidels (even during the present military operation several Hindus were murdered in the city of Dhaka, quite unusual in terms of number and timing).

This ritual of harassing of non-Muslims is considered to be the silver key to the doors in the heaven to Muslims. Raiding the caravans (buses or at the borders) of the Hindu visitors to India is quite common even when peoples possess valid documents. They simply would tell you that your documents are false, and there is no ways for the poor people to prove otherwise. Only way to escape is to give them their valuables they possess. News of such happening you may read now and then, even it happens in the heart of the capital of Bangladesh.

The sufferings may not end there in Bangladesh, their last possessions can be taken away even in the Indian side by threatening these helpless and defenceless civilians of all ages to be sent back to Bangladesh. Very often entire families are sent to jails in India (violating International laws. India had even the legal responsibility to evacuate non-Muslims from Pakistan according to the statute of partition /independence in 1947), and continues the endless agony of these human beings.

During the first military rule in BD, in villages, Hindu men used to be picked up selectively (not in massive scale, however) and beaten severely by the militaries to terrorise the entire Hindu population. Many of these terrorised peoples left the country as soon as they could.

Where did these Hindus that were displaced from Bangladesh end up? You find them in the streets, in the slums in big cities, in addition to West Bengal and other surrounding states in India, doing all sorts of menial work to survive. Thousands of them had been forcefully shipped to Andaman Islands and in the jungles of distant states in India during the post partition era. This caused permanent separation from their natural environment and close relatives to millions of Bengali Hindus after the partition.

A very large number of human beings have been subjected to continuous atrocities and crimes are being perpetrated against them during the last 55 years. This is only comparable to what was done to the Jews during WWII. All the three countries, Bangladesh, Pakistan and India are directly involved to this colossal human suffering in the modern history of mankind.

9. Fate of three  contemporary leaders and genocide in East Pakistan

Have the tragic and violent deaths of the three contemporary undisputable leaders of the peoples in their respective lands in the Indian-subcontinent, anything to do with the genocide on about three million  hindus in East Pakistan (many Pakistanis and Bangladeshis  do not believe in the term Indian-subcontinent, but they believe that their countries have fallen out of the heaven) ?

If you believe in god or not, does not matter. The reasoning  can be fitted in both philosophies, the punishment by the god  or  by the rule of nature. Let us look through briefly,  how these three leaders directly and indirectly, were responsible for the most horrendous crime against humanity and genocide in the post WWII era, mainly on the civilian hindu populations in the then East Pakistan in 1971 and their fate.

1. The background player (Nato Raj in Bengali) of this diabolic tragedy was probably  Mr. Zulfikar Ali Bhutto (ZAB). Most probably he was personally involved as the chief of the policy making and as adviser during the whole process, who was executed by the Pakistani militaries. If this gentleman played his political role what he was supposed to play, the history of the colossal human tragedy could probably have been avoided. Departure of this  gentle man happened through a very long and painful process which even a common criminal is not subjected to, anywhere in this earth where at least some civilization exists. Later the rest of the male members of his family were also murdered in violent ways.

2. The undisputable leader in the post partition period in East Pakistan was Mr. Shaikh Mujibur Rahman (BBSMR), the architect and founder of the nation Bangladesh with his unparallel leadership. He was awarded the title no body received earlier, in spite of his role in the hindu muslim rioting in Calcutta prior to partition in 1947. He promised to the Bengali people irrespective of religion in the East Pakistan, a country based on justice and happiness, the Switzerland of the east. Majority of the people of East Pakistan, with exception of considerable number muslim collaborators (who were part of the crime on genocide), supported him in his long struggle for the liberation of Bangladesh from the bondage of slavery.

Probably under the compulsion of the Islamic Brotherhood or Ummaism, Mr. BBSMR of Bangladesh (BD), few years after the liberation of BD, forgave the horrendous crime of this dimension with collaboration with the other two leaders,  which he neither had authority nor mandate to do so. Actually, no human being or leaders of what so ever power he/she might possess, has no mandate to do so. Even after more than 60 years , the associates of the nazis are still being being investigated for their possible crime (read the difference between barbarism and civility).

We were told how big hearted this person was, actually a very heartless person can just forget the violent brutal murder of so many peoples by the devilish power. It is not revenge but justice that is why a state exists otherwise a state ceases to exist, examples in the history are plenty even at these days. In this case the word justice was raped even more barbarously than what the Pakistanis did, those peoples (the core leaderships surrounding BBSMR) simply did not have the capacity to  understand the consequences of writing off  crime of such magnitude. Just think, in addition of the family of BBSMR, how the other core leaderships of pre- and post independent Bangladesh braced their fate.

The departure of BBSMR was violent albeit quite quickly, but the brutality used  in this case was only permissible in the name of the holy Book. It was in the darkness of a night in  August 1975, when the devils landed in the city of Dhaka in the disguise of human beings. In the darkness, they committed one of the most gruesome murder of so many civilians while they were sleeping. The civilized human society has not witnessed in recent times such brutality. Not even a child or pregnant women were spared, cruelty was  boundless. Still today the cry for the justice can be heard, strange enough, even when Awami League was in power they could not bring the devils to justice, what a fate!

3. Mrs. Indira Gandhi, the then prime minister of India had the power to stop or to minimise the genocide on the hindus in East Pakistan. Instead of doing so, she started to conspire with her advisers (many of them were Kashmiri pandits). This was planned to take possible advantage over Pakistan over Kashmir problem. She concealed the real happenings in East Pakistan to the common people of India in particular, and to the world in general. At that time many Bengali muslims were also collaborating with the Pakistanis on the genocide on hindus in East Pakistan. Moreover, she forced  more than 12 million hindus to return to BD without any guarantee of their security or protection of their basic human rights. Still today the hindus are considered directly or indirectly as enemy of the state of Bangladesh (see many postings in BD related websites recently). Mrs. Gandhi even shared a dias in the Ramna garden in Dhaka city to a public meeting with Mr. BBSMR, on the land confiscated from Ramna Kalibari temple authority which was destroyed  in 1971 but was not allowed to rebuild, the deity is still homeless.

No body was accounted for the massacare of three million human beings in the East Pakistan, which India had the obligation to do so, as was the allied forces in Germany after WWII. Although a war was won  but in no time the victory was  transformed into colossal shameful defeat. In the history, that war in 1971 would not be remembered more than a third world battle because of the third world standard of the leaderships of the biggest third world country in this earth.

Instead of bringing the most cruel war criminals, Mrs. Gandhi let them  go free in exchange of verbal assurance from ZAB to settle down the Kashmir problem by accepting LOC. You see the results, not even the rest of the Kashmiri pandits in the valley could live there although it was administered by India, what a consequence! Later IG including her two sons lost their lives in a very violent manner. You may make your own assessment why and how these three leaders disappeared from this earth including their closest male family members. Do you think these are just co-incidences or there are some reasons behind the brutal murders of these three leaders?

The above  part is not written to hurt the feelings of the survivors of the three most popular contemporary leaders of the subcontinent. Those leaders had the capacity to change the fate of one billion plus peoples of the sub-continent but the history has proved the opposite. Because these persons were public figures and as a watcher of the happenings of the last 4 decades in the sub-continent and as a human entity belonging to this sub-continent, I have expressed my personal assessment of the happenings in the pre and post 1971, during which almost 3 million innocent defenseless civilians men, women, children, were brutally murdered. Many of those peoples were murdered by simply cutting their throats or bellies and were left to die of bleeding to be watched by the public. The atrocities surpassed  many times the horrible cruelty the world has watched how  journalist Daniel Pearl was murdered in Pakistan recently. Witnesses of these crimes can be traced everywhere in Bangladesh and can be testified by those butchers of the Pakistani army who are still alive.

Even today the devilish forces, are trying to downplay by different forms, the gravity of this crime against humanity. If you have not seen the faces of devils just turn on the page (http://main.faithfreedom.org/Gallery/gallery.htm), this is too devilish to be true at this age. Nobody has ever heard if these perpetrators (those in Bangladesh) have brought to justice.

10. Inevitable

If you see the sufferings of so large number of peoples, during so long time in the eastern part of Bengal (present Bangladesh), you may naturally ask is this crime is going to be unpunished ? I hardly think so. Some of the consequences, I have tried to reason above. But those are minor compared  with the sufferings of humanity of such  dimension.

Both India and Pakistan have acquired atomic weapons, although they might have different objectives. It seems, God has sent his own artisans (if you believe in god) to build these weapons which are meant to be used in the future. This may be inevitable because both Pakistan and India (the then rulers in particular), are more or less equally responsible for the genocide in East Pakistan, and almost all the perpetrators are still waiting to be brought to justice. A large number of people of these two countries are probably going to be targeted for unprecedented destruction, according to my personal guess.

You may ask why innocent peoples have to suffer for the crimes done by others. This is the verdict of the nature (if you do not believe in god). Very seldom the justice comes immediately. In the individual level it may come very quickly (as in the case of the three leaders), but in case of collective crime, it can take even generations to pay back. Examples in the history are plenty, just look around you. If you ask what punishment is waiting for Bangladesh, just have a look below, although you may not agree.

11. Destiny  of Bangladesh

The country was promised to be Switzerland of the East, instead, within 30 years of freedom it has achieved at least two World titles, and almost the third one:

1. The poorest country in the world (matters very little if a few countries below BD)

2. The most corrupted country in the world (it also matters very little if Nigeria or any other country is just below BD)

3. The country has almost reached its third objective, destination Somalia (not to offend Somalian brothers and sisters). This aspect needs a bit more clarification:

After some years of liberation, the destination towards modern life was abandoned , and readjusted towards Mecca. After trying very hard, even selling camel jockeys (probably hundreds or thousands (?) in numbers of children were sold to the Arabs from Bangladesh), we could not achieve a better title from our Ummah brethren, they still call us Miskeen. Due to this and the situation prevailing in the world, the new destination was again readjusted, a bit further away and this time towards Somalia (speak 100 %  Arabic and 100 % Sunni muslims).

This national destination (chalo chalo Mogadishu !) is  adapted after hard planing  even with our Ummah brethren and our intellectuals, to disintegrate the society completely and subject its people to total caos and anarchy and terror to implement the Islamic

Ummaism. You see, where everybody is looking forward to reach other planets in the universe, except the muslim countries who are in competetion among themselves how quickly they can run backwords to reach the darkness of the 7th century.

My question, does Bangladesh need any more punishment ?  Well, what more you need? Just within 30 years of its liberation the population is doubled from 75 millions to at present 140 millions, and a large portion  of these human beings do not even get food per day what a chicken gets in the Western countries. Moreover, eruptions have already begun before the violent volcanic explosion in this country during which the human sufferings may surpass many times what they did to the hindus in 1971, my very personal guess.

12. International communities

Do the western countries and the International communities  have any responsibility to alleviate these human sufferings? Reply may be both yes and no, depending on the direct national and International interests. Recent examples are Bosnia, Kosovo, East Timor etc. However, the West was not so generous towards the Kurds. Thousands of Kurds (100% Sunni muslims) were gassed to death, and hundreds of thousands (millions ?) were driven out  of their homes in Irak, millions in Turkey are fighting for their self determination (see later, muslims use this word only  when they are in conflict with non-muslims) and nobody including International communities or the muslim Ummahs or muslim intelligentsia uttered a word.

If a crime could be stopped by them (the International communities in such cases) who have the capacity to do so but was not done, the moral responsibility still be there. The International communities have seen helplessly what happened in 9/11. If the devilish Talibans were destroyed a bit earlier, the tragedy of 9/11 could probably been avoided. Now many in the West have no idea what a monster is in the offing in Bangladesh with the direct  Sino-Pakistan-Arabic conspiracy to destroy the Indian/Tibetian civilization. This may not affect the West immediately, but the long term impact woul be beyond imagination.

13. Immediate actions  necessary in Bangladesh

Bangladesh has completely failed to protect its minority  communities and its Governments have been systematically perpetrating  crime against humanity/ethnic cleansing against them violating all International rules. The International community should immediately consider the following for the interest of the mankind as they have done in Bosnia, Kosovo and in East Timor.

-Under International supervision, the genocide in the then East Pakistan should be investigated and the perpetrators (all responsible dead or alive) should be brought to justice

  • To constitute independent  enquiry under the supervision of UN and proper representatives of hindu communities to  document all who were murdered during 1971

  • Under international supervision new independent census should be done immediately

  • To restructure the existing security, administrative and judiciary apparatus with mixed population with modern education as being done in Kosovo and Bosnia

  • All crimes committed towards minority communities in recent years should be put on trial and the criminals should be brought to justice

  • All the properties  taken away should be recovered and given back, or compensation according to International norms should be provided to the affected hindus and other minority community

  • All the displaced peoples who were forcefully transferred  to distant areas in India should be brought back close to their homeland

  • To make easy and simple procedures to reunite and visit millions of the Bengali hindus in India and in Bangladesh

  • These have to be done under UN authority, preferably by direct supervision of the British Government who bears moral obligation for the sufferings of the hindus in Bangladesh.

There are other possible alternative solutions of this colossal human tragedy e.g., organised population exchange  (India and Pakistan were bound with this obligation based on the statue of partition of India), problem is Indian muslims do not want to migrate to Bangladesh, or creation of protected land for hindus within Bangladesh under the supervision of UN as in the case of Kossovo.

14. Time to retreat and show Islamic mercy in Bangladesh-Kashmir-Palestine

If carefully examined, mainly two conflicts as I mentioned in the beginning, to be  named Palestine and Kashmir, have virtually kept the entire humanity as their hostage by instigating the menace of terrorism in the name of Islam. Very often muslim terrorists, muslim leaders including muslim intellectuals claim these two conflicts, are the root causes of all terrorism.

Most of the people, however, would agree that the root causes of all Islamic terrorisms are in the  teachings of Koran. Interrelationship of the root causes of international terroirism can be traced from the words and deeds in Bangladesh, Kashmir, Pakistan, Palestine, Arabs, and other muslim countries and also in the countries where there are substantial muslim communities.

Kashmiris and Palestinians, and invariably all muslims (International Terrorism Inc. you may call it) have more or less tuned views on these two issues. If one analyzes these two conflicts between muslims and non-muslims, the number of peoples involved and killed are very small fraction what is going on between muslims themselves, and between muslims and non-muslims elsewhere. Such examples are plenty, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Algeria, Morocco and Sahara, Somalia, Sudan, Indonesia, Turkey, Irak, Thailand, Philippines, Bangladesh, India, Kashmir, Pakistan, Chechnya, Russia. Somebody can help with real statistics. Similar conflicts may be predicted in some Western cities in near future (my personal guess within 30 to 50 years).

Wherever you find considerable number of muslims (either majority or minority) you find hatred, unrest, chaos, insecurity, terror, and policy of self destruction. Now a days if you walk around in any western airports and malls, everybody looks at you if your appearance is like an Arab or Indians (thanks to the Pakistanis!). See, what those muslim terrorists have done in some hours not only to others on 9/11, but also to themselves and it may take ages to reverse that, if that would be possible at all.

Keeping aside the controversy of the legality of accession of Kashmir for a moment, just remember again that all the non-muslims have been killed in the Pakistan occupied Kashmir, very few could escape. Even in the Indian part, many of the non-muslims have been killed and the rest have been driven out of their homes (more or less what has been done  and being done in the rest of  hindus in Pakistan/Bangladesh). Now the question, who has empowered the Kashmiri muslims, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis to kill and clean up those lands from the non-muslims (just some centuries ago these lands were inhabited by 100 % non-muslims)? Has any majority population group right to deny the right to exist or deny the basic human rights  of the minorities? Often the Pakistanis/Bangladeshis and the Kashmiri muslims mention self determination of Kashmiris, by which they mean their right granted by the holy book to eliminate and destroy the traces of the indigenous civilization. Interesting to note that, at the same time it would be difficult to find any muslim country in the world, where even their own muslim populations have the right of self determination in real meaning.

The question is, how the Kashmiri fierce sunni muslims are different from the other ethnical and religious groups in the whole undivided India? Are the Kashmiri sunni (Wahabi) muslims are a separate human race belonging outside the greater Indus civilization ? Are the Kashmiri Sunni muslims are different from the Panjabi, or Bihari or UP sunni muslims in India, or  are they entitled naturally to possess more rights than any other ethnic groups/citizens in Pakistan or in India?

Millions of hindus (much more in numbers of the Kashmiri sunni muslims) from both Pakistan and East Pakistan/Bangladesh have migrated to India (muslims also migrated from India to these countries but much fewer in numbers). What is the problem for those fierce Kashmiri sunni muslims to migrate to Pakistan and Pakistani occupied part of Kashmir or anywhere they think they belong to, and leave the other muslims  and non-muslim Kashmiris alone. At the same time they are happy to enjoy tax payers money of the infidel Indians and running havoc by instigating terrorism by targeting civilians, women and children for murder and destruction and desecrating hindu religious places in that land. Very often the muslim terrorists  and some leaders of muslim countries (see similarity) call Kashmir, Palestine including Israel, countries like Indonesia etc.  as muslim lands. How a land can become muslim land, when this religion came to being only 14 hundred years ago while the land mass of the earth may be millions of years old?

Kashmir is only a tiny state in the Indian union where muslims are majority and number of populations is around 7-8 millions. Whereas, in whole India more than 100 million muslims are housed, and they are living as minorities in all the other states. Worthy to mention  here that the majority of the muslims voted for Pakistan, but most of them decided to stay in India after partition. This has to be judged in the wider context (this word is very popular to muslims to fool the West), the principle the muslims practice-my house is mine and your house is mine too. The question is, where the hindus from Bangladesh, Kashmir, Pakistan would get some space for their survival in India?

In the case of the so called Palestine (in reality Arabs), the total number of population is miniscule compared with size and the total number of Arabs living in the surrounding states. Almost all Jews peoples have either been killed or driven out of the Arabic countries. Has the Jews people right to exist in the land which belonged to them many centuries ago and was occupied by the Arabs later? While there are so many Arab countries, why it is necessary to create another bizarre state composed of two wings on two sides of Israel with only several hundred thousands people instead of merging these two parts with the adjoining Arab countries?

This question of Palestine-Israel-Indian -Sub-continent are linked because of the historical connection. In both cases religion played the deciding factor. Almost all muslims of the whole world are fierce supporter of the division of India or any other country to break into pieces in the name of religion, even they are a small fraction of the whole population. At the same time they support to kill or force millions of non-muslims out of their homes whenever they can. But when it comes the right of the others to defend themselves, the muslims start to take up and create issues to portray that they are the victims.

Since the inception of the religion Islam, millions of Arabs have migrated, invaded and  captured  almost half of Africa and Asia, and  up to central Europe. Even in modern times, millions of Arabs including Palestinians have migrated and settled down in various parts of the world, majority of them in the West. Being a born Egyptian, Mr. Arafat has eternal right to lead the terrorism Inc. and create havoc in Israel, but Israel does not even has the right to defend itself  forget about retaliation. Mr. Sharon being a Jew even has no right to perform his religious duty in the most sacred worship place of the Jews, because the muslims has created by violent force their third important mosque there. This principle has been practiced by the muslims everywhere they have put their feet. Thousands of temples have been destroyed even in recent times in India-Pakistan-Kashmir-Bangladesh, but you will hear their very loud and noisy voice when one controversial mosque (one among the innumerable mosques  in the whole Indian subcontinent which were built on destroyed Hindu temples) in India was damaged by the hindu extremists.

If you count carefully the total number of Palestinians (including those refugees living outside Gaza and West Bank) displaced and killed, and compare that number of  hindus killed and displaced only from Bangladesh, not to mention of Afghanistan, you can see the astonishingly difference (melon and peanut). Still almost all muslim individuals  and countries will not oppose Pakistan, Bangladesh and Kashmir in genocide and ethnic cleansing of hindus, shikhs, buddhists, but oppose even to the right of the existence of the few millions Jews.

Worthy to mention that Israel did not occupy these parts by aggression, but was captured when collective aggression was imposed on it by the Arabs who aimed to destroy it. Although personally I do not support that any human being should leave his/her own home or live under occupation, but in reality it is happening all the time of the history, isn't it ?. The demography of the world is continuously changing (in recent times mainly because of the Islamic havoc), examples are Bosnia, East Timor, Kossovo, Indian-sub continent etc. Sometimes this is happening even with helping hands from the so called powers of the free world. I am taking up these issues because historically they are linked in terms of the root causes of these conflicts, however, the muslims would take very contradictory positions  on these issues. Irrespective of origin, almost all muslims would deny the creation of the state Israel, at the same time they  support breaking into pieces of any country which has a considerable muslims populations causing  chaos and anarchy and destruction.

The problem is, even hundreds of Jerusalems or Kashmirs are given to these peoples, they still will come after, the Koran has ordered to kill all Jews and other non-muslims. To my personal opinion, Israel should leave the occupied territories only when the verses in the Koran  are abrogated by the collective Islamic clerics where destruction of Jews peoples are ordered (only the muslim clerics can do so).

Almost 6 million non-muslims have been killed in the last 3 decades only in East Pakistan/Bangladesh and Sudan. The number of hindus killed and displaced from Bangladesh alone during the last three decades would surpass the entire population of Kashmir and Palestine. Then what is problem to settle down some hundred thousand Arabs, within the surrounding vast Arab countries, from where they originally migrated, and some millions fierce sunni muslims from Kashmir to Pakistan or to some Arabic countries, for the shake of world peace ?

The Arab lands are almost empty because they have pushed their own peoples to other countries during the past centuries. Now they require so many peoples even to keep functioning everyday services to their own citizens and for this they import millions of muslim and non-muslim labourers from all over world. The Arab countries may be alternative homes of many fierce muslims (in real terms to bring back them to their own homes) who are incompatible to live with peoples from other faiths.

Will ethnic cleansing in the muslim majority countries and terrorism would stop in near future ? Presumably not, because quite a large number of privileged peoples are harvesting on this. The military and the elite groups in Pakistan, Kashmir and in Palestine, and some Arabs are directly the beneficiaries. Billions of dollars  flows to the machineries of terrorism to keep the heat alive.

The price of patrol may go down, so the incomes of the limited number of Arab countries, if peace restores in the infected countries. At the same time the Palestinians and the Kashmiris are having rather good life anyway (compared with millions of Arabs, Bangladeshi, Pakistani or other muslims around the world), in exchange of lives of some fanatics (they are promised the heaven with innumerable young women, so nothing to loose). The costs in some billion dollars are not that much for the few Arabs compared with the return they get from higher petroleum  price by keeping alive the “International Terrorism Inc”.

If you come and see in Bangladesh, you will find fierce muslims who despise everything to do with the native culture, religion, tradition, even language. They think that it is their eternal right to destroy  everything belonging to the non-muslims. As I mentioned another alternative to solve Kashmiri/Palestinian problems, here can also apply this. These fierce muslims think they do not suit in the local culture and do not tolerate the presence of non-muslims, who actually owned the country some centuries ago.

The Arab lands are no more deserts as used to be in the 7th century when there was necessity to push the peoples to other countries. This process has been going on for too long time. It may be time to reverse the process and retreat from the traditional policy, just to show the Islamic mercy to the indigenous populations in many countries. Instead of causing all sorts of destruction and havoc, those fierce and vicious muslims should start to think to retreat and go back to their forefathers land which is no longer is just desert.

Now a days milk and honey flows abundantly in the Arab lands. Sitting under the  open air in the dessert with sun glasses on and drinking coca cola and enjoying camel race on which  screaming horrified dying children are tied, is almost close to the divine environment promised to the muslims. Can better lives for those fierce and vicious muslims be imagined  in this earth?

15. An one eyed man and war on terrorism

Very few people could forget the one eyed (nobody knows if that eye was really bad or just  to hide the real face, a typical Islamic tradition) man during press conference, who used to sit by the side of the ambassador of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Islamabad, prior to their visible destruction. The purpose probably was to scare the world. The question is, can the menace of international terrorism be tackled by looking through one eye, by those who are leading this war ?

It was promised to the departed souls of thousands of innocent Americans  whose lives were taken away by using the most violent way one can imagine, to bring to justice those who perpetrated this horrendous crime. It was also promised to the world in general, that there will be no distinction who support, harbour or  finance the terrorists. What happened to those pledges and to the results of the war on terrorism ? The masterminds of the terror (most of them have no face) are still roaming and threatening the civilized and free world.

Pakistan, the only country  in the world of which the whole state apparatus is built on to instigate terrorism (whose intelligence chief and a Kashmiri terrorist leader were present in the US during 9/11, probably to verify personally the damage caused by the terrorists), is still controlling the business as usual. The Taliban and Al-Quaidas were synonymous to that state  in terms of personnel and materials, in addition to logistic support with the financial help from Saudis and United Arab Emirates (these three countries had diplomatic relations until the end).

The other source of this terrorism is working in the background, and is the only beneficiary country of the present world in this mess is China (quietly to destroy the Tibetian culture and civilization by diverting world attention on terrorism and keeping India busy in tackling terrorism and religious tensions caused by Bangladesh and Pakistan with financial support from some Arab states and direct military support from China), very few people talks about that.

Even before going to Mecca, all the Pakistani leaders (irrespective of who is in power) pays visit to Beijing first, then to UAE and and then the last destination Mecca. How the super advisors of the US, the only super power at the present world, advised to be friend with the devils to fight the terrorist devils, is beyond of my imagination as a very common man. The Americans have very little chance to rectify the consequences by this irreversible, irrerational and unbelievable mistakes, because they simply do not understand the policy practiced by the muslims based on the holy book, that they make treaty with the infidels just for the opportunity to break it, the Hudaybiyah Treaty (read Pakistani president's speech to the nation prior to support USA in the war on terrorism in exchange of monetary benefit). Examples of such historical and irreversible blunders of the moment by the leaders are plenty.

The country who was behind the scene suddenly abounded  its own creation, the Taliban. The Pakistanis abandoned the Talibans and the Al-Quaidas so crudely that parallel example is difficult to find (same medicine which is only prescribed for the infidels), at the same time the Pakistanis curse USA because in their imagination they think that US  should not have abandoned them after the previous Afghan war. The Americans at least pay in cash and materials for every favour they received from Pakistan. But the Pakistanis did not betray USA 100 % anyway, they helped to catch only some level 3 Al-Quaida leaders,  including the last Afghan ambassador in Pakistan, God knows where that one eyed gentleman is housed at this moment.

The Pakistanis almost got from the USA what they wanted, but the USA still looking what they wanted in the rugged mountains between Afghanistan and Pakistan. This is not very unexpected. The investment Pakistan and some other Arabic countries made in the creation of the Taliban and the Al-Quaidas were too high to be sold off in exchange of a couple of billions of dollars, and an honour to lecture at the Harvard University (presumably the most respected institution to peruse knowledge in this earth). The person was who was supposed to face justice for torture of captured soldiers in captivity by gorging eyes and genitals by his soldiers (forbidden by all International rules), probably now heading towards Oslo to receive the Nobel Prize for his contribution in the promotion of the menace terrorism.

The President of the USA had a very bad start (generally  very bad sign in the eyes of the Eastern philosophers), but had the possibility to change the course of the history by ruthless pursuance of war against terrorism (not to revenge but to bring the perpetrators to justice which is the pillar of the very existence of any society), but it seems so far the other country who has benefited directly from this war is Iran (it was a collateral benefit).

Well, how  can that be? You see, the Arabs had destroyed the Persian culture almost totally (some remnants can still be found mainly in India), the Persians by some unknown reasons adopted a variant of Islam not recognized by the Arabs. The Arabs even tried through Iraq to re-conquer Persia, but failed. The Arabs again attempted this by creating the Taliban and the Al-Quaidas through Pakistan. In parallel to this, shiite muslims in Pakistan were also targeted, hundreds of shiite muslims including dozens of doctors were murdered in Pakistan which has stopped for the time being. Probably the present Persian leaderships do not understand what a great help was given to them by the West, although they are fond of to malign them as Satan (same medicine was returned by the word "evils"). If the Taliban were the winner, the remnants of the Persian culture would become a history, the same way they caused violent destruction to the harmless statue of Buddha, a heritage of the whole mankind.

16. The dilemma

If the gentle man sniper shooter in Washington, appears in the court and claim that what he has done was his religious obligation to do so, and American constitution guarantee the right of every individual to perform his/her own religion, what a delicate situation, isn't it ? This right of freedom of religion is also guaranteed by the declaration of the Universal Human Rights. If a religion preach violence and at the same time state's laws prohibit violence, which one should take precedence ? The answer may be very obvious to any Westerner but not in Islamic countries.

Many Islamic countries sentence individuals to death even unknowingly showing any disrespect to this most vulnerable religion in this earth (all Islamic countries have special guarantee for this vulnerability). Some years ago Calcutta high court gave a strange verdict on a petition by some individual  regarding the violent teachings of Koran. Is it the responsibility of the UN or individual states to handle this situation, or is it overdue for the muslim intellectuals (not the gentleman priest from Saudi  Arabia and those Bangladeshi intellectuals and likes) to start an open discussion on these before it is too late ?

A very serious dilema the whole human kind is facing today that is, can the existence of any human race be a subject of negotiation because it is written in a religious book (existence of the Jews peoples and other non-believers are denied in the Koran)? My personal question to all of you -can existence of even an insignificant animal species be a subject of negotiation?

Many of the above views naturally  would not reflect as seen by a vicious muslim from any country (fierce and vicious muslims never agree with anything to do with non-muslims according to religious teachings). However, objective discussion necessary to be initiated openly based on facts on the problems facing the sub-continent in particular, and the humanity in general, for their permanent solutions. The first consensus should be arrived among  civilizations whether if it is possible to safeguard one's  right of existence at the same time denying the right of existence of the others. Otherwise better not to initiate the process at all, and let the nature take care of  all the sufferings of the humanity to their natural end.
